**Job Title: Relationship Officer**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and resultsoriented Relationship Officer with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and promoting our insurance products effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their insurance needs.
Provide expert guidance on our insurance products and services assisting clients in selecting the best options.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular followups and checkins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
Prepare and present reports on client activities feedback and market trends to management.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company s reach and client base.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship management or clientfacing role within the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset.
Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle client objections with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
