To control the business effectively & efficiently & make it more institutionalized rather than individual driven.
Standardize the services for all eligible clients & service as per clients profile/category.
To project proper targets/business & perform the same.
To acquire business as per the company policies & work as per the given processes.
SECONDARY KRA
To prepare a Review Minutes of the Meeting precisely and appropriately.
To complete CRM entries as per the meetings conducted in the given TAT.
To prepare MIS Reports & Review Reports for analysis as per the requirement of the business.
To prepare Objectives & Key Results (OKR) and Performance Measuring Matrix (PMM) reports to measure efficiency.
