Job Description Assistant Manager (AM)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 34 years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager (AM) will support internal audit and risk consulting projects across various industries. The role involves assessing operational processes ensuring regulatory compliance and identifying risks to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for clients across various industries.
Identify process inefficiencies gaps in compliance and control weaknesses.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and control frameworks to strengthen risk management.
Support compliance testing and regulatory reviews based on industryspecific standards.
Perform internal financial control reviews process audits and enterprise risk management assessments.
Act as a point of contact for clients providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Work closely with team members to deliver highquality reports and audit findings.
Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and emerging risks.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Experience in internal audit and risk management in different sectors.
Strong understanding of business processes (Order to Cash Procure to Pay Payroll Compliance Inventory Management etc.).
Proficiency in data analysis and problemsolving (knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus).
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP Oracle or JDE is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
