We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on operations to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daytoday administrative tasks streamlining office operations and assisting in the coordination of various operational functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations including scheduling meetings handling correspondence and organizing files and records.
- Assist in the coordination and of operational tasks and projects across departments.
- Support the operations team by preparing reports presentations and documents.
- Handle supply chain management inventory control and vendor relationships.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and supplies.
- Provide administrative support to management including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies operational procedures and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure crossdepartmental tasks are completed on time.
- Handle daytoday operational issues and resolve them promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration operations or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in an administrative or operationsfocused role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
