Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will support our daily office procedures and ensure the smooth running of our companys offices. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage and organize company files and documents
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Perform general office duties such as photocopying faxing and mailing
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant Receptionist or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting team. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all data is input correctly. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval. Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required by the team. Handle various administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team leader to support the overall functioning of the department.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
