Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of beauty services including hair styling makeup application and skin treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences
- Recommend and sell beauty products to clients based on their needs
- Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive salon environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal training in cosmetology or aesthetics
- State cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a beautician or similar role
- Indepth knowledge of beauty products and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent time management abilities
- Attention to detail and creativity
