Overview:
As a beautician you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients. Your expertise in skincare makeup and hair styling will contribute to a positive client experience making you an invaluable member of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skincare treatments such as facials exfoliation and masks
- Perform hair treatments including cutting styling and coloring
- Apply makeup for various occasions such as weddings events or everyday looks
- Offer hair removal services such as waxing or threading
- Recommend and sell beauty products to clients
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the salon
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Handle client inquiries and bookings
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service
- Manage and maintain beauty tools and equipment
- Participate in training and skills development programs
- Assist in promotional activities and events
- Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the salon
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a beautician or similar role
- Proficiency in skincare techniques and products
- Expertise in hair cutting coloring and styling
- Strong makeup application skills for diverse preferences
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Certification in cosmetology or related field
- Understanding of skin types and conditions
