Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing hair treatments such as cutting styling coloring and extensions
- Providing skincare services including facials waxing and body treatments
- Applying makeup according to client preferences and occasions
- Consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Advising clients on proper skincare and hair care routines
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and sterilizing tools
- Staying updated on beauty trends new products and techniques
- Managing and maintaining an inventory of beauty products and supplies
- Utilizing product knowledge to recommend and sell retail beauty products to clients
- Resolving client complaints and ensuring satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role
- Proficient in hair styling makeup application and skincare treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Uptodate with industry trends and best practices
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
- Certification in cosmetology or aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of various beauty products and their benefits
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
