As a Beautician at our salon you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients appearance and boosting their confidence. Your expertise in various beauty treatments and services will contribute to our salons success and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your creativity attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are essential to deliver topnotch beauty services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty services including hair styling makeup application and skincare treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Recommend and sell beauty products to clients
- Keep the work area clean organized and stocked with appropriate supplies
- Stay uptodate with beauty trends and techniques
- Handle customer inquiries appointments and payments
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other salon staff to provide a seamless customer experience
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role
- Proficiency in hair styling makeup application and skincare treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of beauty products and their applications
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy
- Strong sales and upselling abilities

- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
