Job Description

Overview

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of a company. They are responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the companys bottom line through increased revenue generation. This role is essential in driving the companys growth and market presence by identifying potential clients securing new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.



Roles & Responsibilities:

Getting Database ready through research cold calling fixing client meetings.

Basic Requirement & Understanding:

1. Tele Calling.
2. Data Mining & Maintaining.
3. Excellent with MS. Office & presentation & Excel.
4. Ready to travel all over India if required for meeting & events.
5. Client serving & coordination with internal & external team.

Must have:

Skills Microsoft office specially PPT & Excel.
Work experience between 3 to 5yrs.




Key responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decisionmakers.
  • Collaborating with marketing sales and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals while maintaining thorough knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends new markets and customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Attending conferences meetings and industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Reporting on sales activity and customer feedback to management.
  • Providing feedback to the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Participating in training and professional development activities.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive Sales Executive or a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market research and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office CRM software and sales and marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and driven with a resultsoriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
