We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Executive Technical to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide topnotch customer service and technical support to our clients. This role will be responsible for handling technical queries troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Identify and report recurring technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
Provide product knowledge and training to customers as needed
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Qualifications:
Only B.Tech / B.E / BCA or a related field Need apply.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer support role is must.
Strong technical background and understanding of software and hardware systems
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Flexible to work in 24 / 7 environment.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems is preferred
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
Customercentric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
