Overview
The US Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing engaging and hiring top talent for the organization. This position is essential in ensuring that the company attracts and retains highquality candidates to drive business success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand USA staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates using various US Job board.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication is must.
- Must be ready to work in night shift.
- 5 days working Monday to Friday.
- Both side cabs available pick & drop.
- We are open for freshers or above 6 Months experience in same industry as well.
- NonIT background or Pharma/Healthcare/Science side will be a plus.
