Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand USA staffing needs
• Source and attract candidates using various US Job board.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Excellent English communication is must.
• Must be ready to work in night shift.
• 5 days working Monday to Friday.
• Both side cabs available pick & drop.
• We are open for freshers or above 6 Months experience in same industry as well.
• NonIT background or Pharma/Healthcare/Science side will be a plus.
