Tele Sales Executive

Were seeking highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Generate sales leads and convert them into customers through outbound calls

Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs

Pitch products/services and handle objections

Meet monthly sales targets and achieve growth

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling (BPO)

No experience gap of more than 15 days

Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
