What Youll Do:
Mastermind the logistics lifecycle for both air and ocean shipments ensuring seamless .
Craft oversee and streamline shipping documentation bookings schedules and customs clearance.
Be the goto problem solver for customer inquiries fostering strong relationships with international partners.
Lead monthly financial settlements with precision including billing and profit/loss reporting.
Enhance our logistics performance by maintaining and elevating KPIs.
Requirements
What We Need From You:
A passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
A blend of independence and teamwork coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Korean bilingual
1 or more years of experience in international logistics operations

Qualification Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in on-site operations involving heavy equipment and OOG cargo. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics. Experience working with international shipments and customs procedures. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. English/Korean bilingual
