What Youll Do:

• Mastermind the logistics lifecycle for both air and ocean shipments ensuring seamless .
  

• Craft oversee and streamline shipping documentation bookings schedules and customs clearance.
  

• Be the goto problem solver for customer inquiries fostering strong relationships with international partners.
  

• Lead monthly financial settlements with precision including billing and profit/loss reporting.
  

• Enhance our logistics performance by maintaining and elevating KPIs.
  

Requirements

What We Need From You:

• A passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
  

• A blend of independence and teamwork coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  

• Korean bilingual
