Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts to support business growth.
- Address and resolve key customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Lead the inside sales process and generate leads for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with outside sales teams to streamline the ordering process and ensure accurate data entry.
- Provide order status quote updates and manage internal systems (i.e. PCLM capacity quantities) to reflect current sales data.
- Review customer sales terms and conditions (contracts) and propose alternative language (with Sales leadership or legal consultation) as needed.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and act on them to maximize sales.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with customer service and engineering to resolve open action items including UPR analysis corrective actions and technical inquiries.
- Maintain uptodate escalation backlog reporting to ensure contract and pricing accuracy.
- Monitor and update the EBMN system as necessary.
- Direct INFO Marketing emails to the appropriate departments.
- Conduct internal audits of sales information for accuracy.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies preferred
- Strong customer relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
