Job Description

This is a remote position.

Customer Success Coordinator (CSC)

ProScore Technologies LLC is an industry leader in AIpowered workforce compliance solutions providing innovative and endtoend compliance tools for organizations under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and other regulatory frameworks. Our Customer Success Team is dedicated to ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from our solutions by providing highquality support datadriven insights and a seamless user experience.

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support our Customer Success Team by leading data analysis initiatives reporting and customer engagement activities. This position is remote based offshore in India and will play a crucial role in delivering data insights that improve client satisfaction drive engagement and support Customer Success initiatives at an advanced level.




Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Conduct complex data analysis to identify customer trends usage patterns and areas for improvement helping the team tailor strategies based on actionable insights.

    • Prepare and interpret advanced reports on customer engagement metrics satisfaction scores and user activity to support datadriven decisionmaking.

    • Generate indepth customized reports for highvalue clients providing strategic insights to support customer retention and growth.

  2. Customer Engagement & Strategic Support

    • Support Customer Success Managers by providing databacked insights and preparing indepth materials for client meetings quarterly business reviews and engagement sessions.

    • Assist in crafting customer presentations that highlight data insights and emphasize areas where clients can maximize platform value.

    • Act as a point of contact for complex customer inquiries related to data insights assisting with routine questions and escalating unique cases to the Customer Success Managers as needed.

  3. Process Optimization & Efficiency

    • Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities within the data reporting and analysis workflow to streamline team efficiency.

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to standardize and optimize data reporting practices ensuring accuracy relevance and ease of access.

  4. Customer Health Monitoring & Proactive Insights

    • Oversee and monitor customer health scores engagement levels and usage trends to identify potential atrisk accounts proactively.

    • Develop and share regular insights on customer health trends enabling the team to intervene with strategic support where necessary.

  5. Knowledge Management & Documentation

    • Maintain uptodate documentation on data reporting processes analysis methodologies and customer insights for team reference and future onboarding.

    • Ensure that the Customer Success Team has access to relevant data resources by organizing and managing data efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 years in data analysis customer success support or a related role within a SaaS or technology company. Proven expertise in using data to drive customer success outcomes is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel Google Sheets and SQL or other database query languages. Experience with BI tools (Tableau Power BI) is a strong advantage.

  • Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to conduct advanced data analysis interpret trends and convert findings into actionable insights for strategic customer success.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey data insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • DetailOriented: High attention to detail and accuracy when working with complex data sets and interpreting results.

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Data Science Statistics or a related discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certification in data analysis is a plus.
