We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Lead to join our client s team. This role is perfect for someone who is customerfocused thrives in a fastpaced startup environment and is highly skilled in building strong customer relationships to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of innovative tech solutions. Must have experience leading a team of Customer Success Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Customer Success team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their unique business needs and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure seamless adoption of the company s digital products and solutions.
- Provide ongoing training and support to help customers maximize the value of the products.
- Serve as the voice of the customer sharing insights and feedback with the product and engineering teams to help shape future development.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within the customer portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Proven Customer Success experience within a tech or SaaS environment ideally in a startup setting.
- Experience leading a Customer Success Team.
- Strong understanding of software solutions digital products and cloudbased applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems proactively and manage complex client relationships.
