Role : Customer Success Lead
Location : Bangalore HSR Layout
Experience : 3 to 8 years of experience in Account Management Customer Success SAAS product Healthcare
Responsibilities:
- Formulating a strategy for servicing various categories of institutions (corporates colleges hospitals government etc.)
- Increasing renewal rates driving adoption improving customer satisfaction expanding current business and advocates to generate new business.
- Maintaining relationships and increasing engagement among Clientele
- Reporting the performance to all stakeholders with appropriate dashboards and tools for management.
- Designing and executing campaigns to spread awareness about employee wellbeing
- Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure client has a delightful experience
- Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone email) are addressed quickly & efficiently.
- Traveling and meeting the clients to understand the problems they are trying to solve and building solutions accordingly
Requirement:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English)
- Team Management skills
- Experience in organising events
- Prior Account Management Experience of 34 years in one of the following area: Managing preventive healthcare packages for corporates (eg. Max Healthcare Apollo etc.)
- Prior Account Management Experience of 34 years in one of the following area: Managing Counselling/ Mental wellness services
- Should genuinely care about emotional wellbeing space
