The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the planning development and of the product portfolio strategy with a focus on the smartphone market in Indonesia. The role involves analyzing market trends understanding consumer needs and managing the product lifecycle from launch to postlaunch review. The Product Manager will collaborate across teams to drive product success ensuring alignment between product development sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an efficient product portfolio based on the Indonesia smartphone market competitive landscape and market demands.
- Gain deep consumer insights by conducting and analyzing market research to identify consumer needs and software enhancements to improve product competitiveness.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle including monitoring competitor activities such as product launches and price adjustments and providing actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Lead the new product launch (NPL) process by integrating product strategy with sales and marketing plans ensuring timely of all related documentation and project milestones.
- Conduct postlaunch reviews to evaluate the performance of new products and lead the continuous improvement of product strategies.
- Collect and analyze market data evaluate the competitive environment and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize product positioning and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Strong market insight and foundational knowledge of market research and analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product launch and market integration preferably within the smartphone industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align resources and coordinate efforts across different teams (product development sales marketing).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects including the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the smartphone industry or a related consumer electronics sector.
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively in a crossfunctional collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills with a focus on driving results through datadriven insights.
