Job Description

This is a remote position.

Position Overview: The Service Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling invoicing scheduling and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SimPRO software and have experience in a similar administrative role within the trades or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing & Billing: Use SimPRO software to generate and manage invoices for clients ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers and technicians optimizing resources and managing schedules effectively.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide support ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties including data entry filing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Liaise with technicians clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and generate reports as needed to assist with operational analysis and decisionmaking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the trades or service industry.
  • Proficiency in SimPRO software is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a trades or servicebased company.
  • Familiarity with Australian trade and service industry practices.

At least 2+ years experience in Administration; Scheduling Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with demonstrated experience in data management and system administration; Intermediate Word and Excel skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
