Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Remote Medical Receptionist

Hours: 40/week

Hourly Rate: Please do not hesitate to let me know if we can still start at 8.5 AUD/hr or if we have a new starting rate for this kind of fulltime role.



Training Schedule:

  • Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM AEST (6:00 AM 2:30 PM Manila) inclusive of 30 minutes unpaid lunch break
  • Will last for a week or two depending on how confident the staff will be to start working independently.


Working Schedule:

  • Tentative: Monday Friday 10:00 AM 7:30 PM AEST (8:00 AM 5:30 PM Manila) inclusive of 30 minutes unpaid lunch break
  • Will start effectively once we ve confirmed that the staff is ready to work independently after the training has been completed. Will advise Bruntwork ahead.


Job Description:


Call Management (Incoming & Outgoing Calls)

  • Answering patient/client/clinic s queries
  • Calling patients/clients/clinics if needed
  • Appointment Setting


Managing/Responding InClinic Email/Faxes

  • Sending/Replying to emails
  • Sending Fax
  • Managing fax received


Managing Other Admin Tasks/Ad hocs

  • Managing manual
  • Admin Tasks that might be designated
  • Occasional group projects for clinic
