Job Description
This is a remote position.
You are responsible for helping individuals to futureready their careers in the new digital economy. You will provide consultative needsbased selling and career consultation to guide these individuals to pursue the best suited digital career and acquire the digital skills needed.
Job Mission as a Digital Business Developer
You will provide guidance to individuals to find their ideal digital careers or upgrade their current skills for the new digital economy. You will advise them on the digital skills or programmes required for their career transition or skills upgrade. Your main responsibilities are as follow:
- Provide career consultation and consultative needsbased selling to guide individuals to embark on the best fitted digital career or obtain the digital skills needed
- Upkeep the sales activities and conversion ratio to achieve the sales target set
Requirements
- Graduate of Business Courses/Entrepreneurship/Marketing or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have the passion in digital sales / sales
- Must have good communication skills
- 13 years of B2C sales experience / telesales is good to have
- Candidates should be from Metro Manila and nearby provinces only (Cavite Rizal Batangas)
