Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the glass packaging industry covering key regions such as Guadalajara Ciudad Ju rez Tijuana and M rida. As a leading glass packaging manufacturer we provide highquality sustainable solutions to industries like food beverages cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth expanding the client portfolio and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as production quality and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.



Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client base in the food beverage cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including pricing negotiations delivery terms and commercial agreements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the regional markets (Guadalajara Ciudad Ju rez Tijuana M rida) while strengthening relationships with key clients.
  • Prepare customized business proposals tailored to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production quality marketing) to ensure products meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Provide postsales support to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any issues or claims.
  • Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and trade fairs to promote products and attract new clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the companys CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and building longterm business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of regional markets and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Intermediatelevel English preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Marketing or a related field.
  • 35 years of sales experience preferably in glass packaging or related industrial sectors.
  • Key account management experience and proven ability to develop longterm business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation persuasion and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of regional markets and an ability to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
