Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and resultsdriven Sales Manager to spearhead and grow our sales initiatives for wired communication products and digital settop boxes in Mexicos telecom operator market. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English possess solid sales experience in the telecommunications industry and be ready to relocate to Mexico. This role offers a dynamic fastpaced environment focused on revenue growth building lasting client relationships and seizing new market opportunities.


Location:Ciudad de MexicoMexico (Onsite) visa support provided


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
  • Drive sales and business development efforts for wired communication and digital settop box solutions.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and increase market share.
Client Relationships:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers at telecom operators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product discussions contract negotiations and ongoing customer support.
Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the telecom sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize products and services to fit local market needs.
Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activity and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal teams on market dynamics and client demands.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Communications Electronics or related engineering disciplines.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English with strong negotiation skills in both languages
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the telecommunications industry particularly with telecom operators.
  • Indepth knowledge of wired communication products and digital settop box solutions.
  • Experience with companies that specialize in providing communication products for telecom operators (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
