Driving Success One Strategy at a Time

As a Sales Manager you will drive growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives managing key partnerships optimizing sales processes and overseeing metrics. Collaborating with executives you ll lead highlevel sales activities and support account management to build and sustain strong client relationships in Mexico City (CDMX).

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MX Time)

Your Strategic Impact Checklist
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth within targeted regions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Optimize sales processes by refining workflows and aligning best practices across the sales team.
  • Engage in sales activities to achieve quotas and strategically position solutions for key accounts.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with executives to set targets and develop growth strategies.
  • Support account management efforts to identify new growth opportunities and enhance client retention.
  • Manage and mentor a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational success.

Requirements

The Makings of a Sales Leader

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software or professional services sales including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing regional or international sales teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems sales enablement tools and familiarity with ERP solutions (e.g. Oracle NetSuite).
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence adaptability and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic sales planning with direct client engagement.
