Hours: 40 hours/week 8 hours per day with 1hour launch brreak 5 days per week
As a Customer Support Specialist for a prominent client where youll manage customer inquiries about product features technical issues and more. Provide exceptional customer service resolving queries related to ecommerce software hardware and wireless connectivity. Accurately document interactions and maintain data integrity in our systems. Adapt quickly to changes and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
