Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Delight Specialist with native Italian proficiency to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and support. Your focus will be on delighting our customers addressing their needs and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels including phone email and chat ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide exceptional support to customers addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify and escalate any issues that require further attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and develop best practices.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- Native Italian speaker with strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
