Location: Remote (Based in Lisbon Portugal)
Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotative Shifts (06:00 22:00)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
About the Role:
Are you passionate about entertainment and customer service We are looking for an Italianspeaking Customer Service Representative to support users of a popular streaming platform. If you love helping people and enjoy working in a dynamic environment this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone email and chat
- Support users with account issues subscriptions and streaming inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
What We Offer:
Salary: 1000 euros/month (paid over 14 months)
Performance Bonus: 100 euros/month (paid over 12 months)
Fully Remote Work (within Lisbon)

What You Need:
Fluent Italian (spoken & written) and good English skills
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
Customer service experience is a plus
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
