Project scooping systems architecting proposal generation and proof of concepts
Evaluating the clients current infrastructure to determine what will be the precise collaboration solution
Consulting with clients to develop a roadmap for the postsales phase
Recommending appropriate collaboration product and solutions which are based on their feasibility
Perform Proof of Value for proposed solutions
Designing the Low Level and High Level design of customers collaboration system and environment
Act as support for a new installation; integration into the existing system migration and monitoring which included all of the project documentation
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelors degree (S1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering from a reputable university
2 years of professional experience in managing the presales engineering phase design process or deployment process of IT Collaboration Solution
Proven experience and knowledge of Cisco Collaboration solution (Unified Communication Webex MTR Contact Center) or other reputable brand
Possessing an Associate/Professional level of Ciscos Collaboration certification (CCNA/CCNP Collab)
Competency in network infrastructure is also a must
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; work under limited guidance in line with a comprehensive plan or strategy.
