FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS
Job Description:
- Managing hiring & Onboarding Vacant positions
- End to end payroll Management
- Take care of HR related compliances as per Thai Law
- Implementation of Nippon Paint Policies
- Employee Engagement activities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Develop and implement management talent planning.
- Develop the organizational structure to support future growth using best practice principles.
- Manage the companys employee programs staff benefits and packages.
- Determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Psychology or a businessrelated subject.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a HR role.
- Conversant level of English both spoken and written
Other pointers:
- Org strength 70 People
- Manufacturing unit with 30 People in Production
- Single person no team reporting no plan to add also.
