Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients on Upwork submitting winning proposals and coordinating with our team to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for relevant projects and jobs on Upwork that align with our services and expertise.
- Write submit and follow up on tailored and wellresearched proposals.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our services meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work with internal teams to create strategies for bidding on highervalue projects.
- Track and report progress on bids proposals and client interactions.
- Stay updated on platform policies and trends to optimize proposal success rates.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
- Strong command of English both written and verbal.
- Excellent proposal writing skills with a focus on clarity persuasion and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Upwork s platform and bidding process.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical or servicerelated details clearly.
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a remote teambased environment.
- Previous experience in project management or sales is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT software development marketing design or any other specialized field that our company provides services for.
- Ability to negotiate with clients and convert inquiries into projects.
