Initiate contact with potential leads through email phone calls and social media messages.
Bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the companys products or services.
Track interactions and progress with leads to ensure effective followup.
Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.
Utilize online databases social media and industry publications to find potential leads
Use scripts or frameworks provided by the company to effectively communicate and engage prospects.
Minimum 06 months of experience in Lead Generation
Fundamental knowledge of sales processes marketing strategies and customer engagement principles.
Knowledge and skills for CRM lead generation
Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management
A willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to new methods in lead generation and sales processes.
Ability to pay close attention to customer needs and feedback.
Willingness to work night shifts as per job requirements.
Ability to adapt to evolving processes and learn new tools or techniques as needed.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential leads and team members.
Exceptional analytical skills problem solving skills and excellent communications skills
Office Hours: 5 days a week with first and third Saturday working.
Office timing: 10 to 7:30pm
