Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential leads during the night shift.

  • Initiate contact with potential leads through email phone calls and social media messages.

  • Bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the companys products or services.

  • Track interactions and progress with leads to ensure effective followup.

  • Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.

  • Utilize online databases social media and industry publications to find potential leads

  • Use scripts or frameworks provided by the company to effectively communicate and engage prospects.



Requirements

  • Minimum 06 months of experience in Lead Generation

  • Fundamental knowledge of sales processes marketing strategies and customer engagement principles.

  • Knowledge and skills for CRM lead generation

  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management

  • A willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to new methods in lead generation and sales processes.

  • Ability to pay close attention to customer needs and feedback.

  • Willingness to work night shifts as per job requirements.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and learn new tools or techniques as needed.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential leads and team members.

Exceptional analytical skills problem solving skills and excellent communications skills
