Job Description

As a Business Development Trainee at AppQuarterz Technologies you will join our dynamic sales team and embark on a comprehensive training program designed to accelerate your career in IT sales. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for technology and sales. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute in the following areas:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research cold calling and networking.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitor activity and new opportunities.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills product knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team marketing department and technical teams to develop effective strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Bidding : Online bidding on multiple portals like Upwork Freelancer Guru Fiverr etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or related field.
  • Strong interest in technology and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Email marketing
  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
