About Us :
Zapbuild Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and result driven Business Development Assocaite/Sr. Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. Who can help in expanding the business and bring new clients into the organization.
Job Description :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication.
2. Hands on experience in Client Interaction Client Communication Client Conviencing.
3. Pitch quality leads through bidding in Upwork Guru Pph Fiver etc.
4. Ready for a challenging target driven job.
5. Willing to work from office (Mohali).
Job Requirement :
1. Sense of writing Business Proposals Cover letters and Technical Documents.
2. Sense of attending Client Meetings Client Handling and strong understanding of Closure part.
3. Experience of taking calls and convincing/negotiating with them to close the deal.
4. Around 2 to 8 Years of hands on experience in Upwork or similar bidding portal.

Utilize the Upwork platform to generate leads and identify suitable clients and projects aligned with our services.
Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements industry trends and the competitive landscape on Upwork.
Develop compelling and tailored proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
Nurture leads on Upwork through personalized outreach and followup.
Engage in proactive communication with clients promptly responding to inquiries
Track and manage leads and opportunities within the Upwork platform maintaining accurate and uptodate records.
