Requirements

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
  
• Strong command of English both written and verbal.
  
• Excellent proposal writing skills with a focus on clarity persuasion and attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with Upwork s platform and bidding process.
  
• Ability to understand and communicate technical or servicerelated details clearly.
  
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a remote teambased environment.
  
• Previous experience in project management or sales is a plus.
  

• Experience in IT software development marketing design or any other specialized field that our company provides services for.
  
• Ability to negotiate with clients and convert inquiries into projects.
