This is a remote position.

Role Name: Personal Assistant Hospitality Ticketing


Schedule:
  • Parttime 4 hours per day (11am 3pm)(3 PM to 7 PM PHT PHT) Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Execute accurate and timely ticket purchases for various highprofile hospitality events
  • Craft and manage exclusive memberships for our discerning clientele
  • Compose professional engaging emails representing our company s voice
  • Set up and maintain accounts across multiple ticketing platforms
  • Capture and transmit clear screenshots of tickets and essential information
  • Support the team with vital administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency

  • Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in navigating various software platforms and ticketing systems
