Job Responsibilities:

• ist in overseeing and managing daily operations of the accounting department including:
  • Monthend quarterend and yearend account reporting
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Payroll and utilities management
  • Budgeting and forecast monitoring
  • Financial reporting
  • Cash flow management
  • Stock balance record accuracy and stock level monitoring
  • Revenue and expenditure variance ysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
• ist in coordinating with external auditors during annual audits and addressing any audit findings.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff ensuring they follow elished financial policies and procedures.
• Help implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company ets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor financial transactions identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights and ysis to aid in strategic decisionmaking.
• Prepare financial performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to support crossfunctional initiatives and projects.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication ss in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• At least 35 years of experience in financial & accounting roles with experience in manufacturing being an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software; experience with SAP Oracle or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Salary Range:

• RM5000 RM7000 (open to discuss depending on experience and qualifications)
