Job Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive organizational secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and completing tasks as directed.
- To work closely with the Managing Director through regular correspondence arrange meetings and prepare briefings and materials.
- To provide support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Directors office as and when required.
- To draft prepare and review incoming and/or outgoing documents to ensure compliance with all policies procedures legal and regulatory requirements.
- To coordinate reports and documentation for internal and external meetings.
- To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- To provide administrative services including diary management booking meetings planning events organizing travels preparing travel itineraries and prioritizing emails for the Managing Director.
- To follow up on action points from meetings and responding to queries on behalf of the Managing Director.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and/or as directed by the Managing Director.
- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders (personal driver cosec finance operation contractors etc)
- To attend business meetings and networking events with Managing Director (nonentertainment events)
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess Bachelors Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Candidates with working experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is an added advantage
- Excellent command in written and spoken English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature energetic and presentable
- Possess great organizational skills
- Has great attention to details
- Flexible to stand by after working hours and over the weekend
- Must be a problemsolver and solutionoriented
Remuneration
RM 6000 RM 10000 (open for further discussion based on experience)
