Job Description
Open Position: Personal Assistant
A wellestablished organisation is currently looking for Personal Assistant in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience working as Personal Assistant
- Proactively managing appointments expense claims meeting minutes management reporting and confidential information as well
- Involve in managing travel arrangement both local and international travels as well as travel agendas
- Maintain good relationships with Senior Leadership team Division Heads Finance Support and other departments on workrelated matters
- Prioritise on handling urgent matters and follow up through completion
- Taking on other tasks and responsibilities as and when required such as official functions company events and etc
- Good communication skills in English with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin as an added advantage
