Job Description
As a Creative Lead at UXReactor you will lead the creation of visual designs for our clients. You ll shape experiences by delivering highquality design solutions that exceed expectations. Collaborating with UX designers and strategists youll ensure products are visually impactful and functional. As a leader you will mentor your team fostering creativity and innovation throughout the design process.
What you will do
The Creative Lead will:
Drive and ensure exceptional visual experiences are delivered to our clients products.
Lead and inspire visual design teams from concept to completion managing multiple client engagements concurrently while providing handson guidance throughout the design process.
Oversee and innovate visual experiences across services and product teams focusing on conceptual thinking grid systems animation typography color schemes and design patterns.
Mentor and coach designers guiding them through escalations and assessing the business impact of changes to project scope timelines or resources.
Plan estimate and manage highly complex projects ensuring efficiency and quality throughout all stages.
Requirements
What will you bring along
4 years of experience as a Senior Product Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing detailed mastery of typography color and layout.
Proven leadership abilities able to guide and collaborate with a team of visual designers.
Expertise in design systems digital UX design principles interaction and form design and a deep understanding of the UX design process.
Strong creative vision and ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
Openminded and adaptable willing to fail unlearn and grow.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
