Position: Critical Facilities Manager (CFM)

Roles and Responsibility
Manage a 24 x 7 crew of field service engineer and subcontractor
Regularly working 6 days
Schedule and supervise the performance of both routine and emergency service on a variety of stateof the critical systems including but not limited to; medium voltage switchgear diesel generatorsUPS systems power distribution equipment chillers cooling towers computer room air handlersfire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems.
Supervise the onsite management of subcontractors and vendors ensuring that all work isperformed according to established practices and procedures.
Establish performance benchmarks conduct analyses and prepare reports on all aspects of thecritical facility operations and maintenance.
Work with IT managers and other business leaders to coordinate manage capacity and optimizeplant safety performance reliability and efficiency.
Ensure that detailed procedures are prepared and utilized for all work on critical facility equipment.
Maintain a constant state of readiness in support of the mission goal of 100% uptime.
Manage Change request during the entire project
Coordinate with FSE and subcontractor to ensure that reactive maintenance is performed as agreedSLA
Trouble shooting root cause analysis corrective actions and preventive action plan
All reports are competent and on time delivery

Technical Understanding:
Technical knowledge of electrical distribution and emergency/standby power systems HVACsystems fire detection/suppression or monitoring/control systems.

Ability to coordinate between numerous party in a challenging environment
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management skills
Ability to manage cost
Understanding of electrical system (incl. distribution panel STS UPS etc)
Understanding of mechanical systems (incl. Cooling Piping Fire Alarm)
Understanding of security system (incl. CCTV and access control etc)
Understanding on best practices and standards in Data Center design installation and operationrequirement
Understanding of Safety Principle and ability to implement it on large scale project
Others (e.g. language skills technical skills):
Good command in English
Negotiation skill Technical influence skill and presentations.
Workaround and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with computers and computer networking.
Proficiency in Auto CAD MS Office programs: Word Excel Power Point Access Outlook.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Master Degree and/or Data Center Certification preferred
Electrical Mechanical engineering degree.
Engineering Certification is option
Preferred . 5 years experience in Facility Operation or 5 years of Data Center experience or 510 years of service support in electrical and/or mechanical systems
