Job Description
Seeking a detailoriented and techsavvy Administrative Assistant to support our busy real estate consultants. You ll play a crucial role in streamlining operations managing property data and contributing to successful transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into Singapore s property market while developing your skills in data management and client support. Responsibilities
- Filter and compile property listings from key websites based on specific client requirements
- Organize and clean data in Google Sheets ensuring easy access and readability for consultants
- Extract and summarize critical information from property listings including agent details pricing and specifications
- Assist in creating concise reports of property options for clients
- Maintain and update comprehensive property databases
- Handle basic client inquiries via WhatsApp under consultant guidance
- Collaborate with team members using virtual communication tools
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong Google Sheets skills and general computer literacy
- Quick learner able to navigate property listing websites efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools (Zoom WhatsApp)
- Selfmotivated with ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- Available to work 4 consecutive hours daily (711 AM SGT) Monday to Friday
- Comfortable with potential task expansion as the role evolves
