You will be responsible for assisting customers with money transfer transactions addressing their questions and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care: Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to money transfer transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints troubleshoot problems and ensure all transactions are processed smoothly.
- Communication: Engage with customers via various channels (email phone chat) in both Danish and English ensuring clear and effective communication.
- ProblemSolving: Analyze customer issues and take proactive steps to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Norwegian and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using various software and platforms to manage customer inquiries and transactions.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and handling a variety of customer concerns.
