Preparation and Production:
- Assist in the preparation of dough, batters, and other pastry components.
- Follow recipes and instructions to produce pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and efficiently.

Support and Assistance:
- Help with mise en place (preparing and organizing ingredients and tools) for pastry production.
- Assist in decorating and plating pastries and desserts according to the chef’s specifications.
- Support senior pastry staff in various tasks and projects.
