Job Description
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff, including Commis Chefs and Pastry Assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor stock levels for the pastry section, ordering ingredients and supplies as required and minimizing waste.
- Ensure all desserts and pastries are prepared and presented in a timely manner, adhering to service standards.
