Recipe Development and Execution:
- Create, develop, and test new pastry recipes and desserts.
- Maintain and improve existing recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Present innovative ideas for seasonal or special occasion desserts.

Kitchen Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, including inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
- Ensure that all pastries and desserts are prepared, baked, and presented according to the restaurant's standards.
- Manage and mentor pastry kitchen staff, including junior pastry chefs and bakers.
