Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Role Overview:
S/He will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and ensure superior customer experience resulting in cross sell and up sell. The successful candidate will be a selfmotivated individual who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster relationships with a diverse customer group.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets in the assigned regions.
Building and developing key account plans
Understand business strategies and plans of our customer.
Identify opportunities for cross sell and up sell.
Manage renewals of annual contracts
Grow the overall business with existing clients.
Sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5 8 years of experience preferably in Banking Software/Solution
Sales.
Possess Functional and Technical knowledge of P&C Core Solutions
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in regional language and English
Have a consultative sale approach.
Good presentation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
SelfDriven and motivated
Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and working with a team.
