David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a French speaking Account Development Representative to join our clients team in Dublin. Our client is aleader in outsourced inside sales outsourced partner enablement and outsourced customer success team
Position:Account Development Representative
Location: Dublin Republic ofIreland
Work model: Hybrid at least 3 days per week at the office (after training)
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends customer needs and industry challenges
- Engage with potential clients via various communication channels
- Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace
- Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly performance KPIs
- Design present and execute market campaigns while reporting results to internal teams
- Stay informed about the clients products and services maintaining uptodate knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience in Business Development or sales preferably within the SaaS industry
- Strong sales skills with a solutionsfocused mindset dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems Salesforce SalesLoft Outreach.IO and other sales technologies is preferred
- Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn understand and articulate complex tech concepts
- Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline
