The Digital Marketing Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing datadriven digital marketing strategies to acquire highquality leads for the DSU Online degree program. The role requires a deep understanding of online marketing channels CRM tools and performance analytics to optimize leadgeneration efforts.
Tasks
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and SEO.
- Implement and optimize PPC SEM and SEO strategies to drive traffic and convert leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI and optimize strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track nurture and convert leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns and achieving KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the education sector or online learning platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads HubSpot or similar digital marketing credentials.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot Marketo or Pardot.
